Similar to other clear aligner treatments, SureSmile uses a series of custom-made trays to apply gentle, sustained pressure to the teeth. Gradually, that pressure repositions the teeth. You should wear each aligner for about 10 days, making sure to keep it in your mouth for at least 22 hours each day. By the time you work your way through your prescribed aligners, your teeth should be right where they belong. You will have to visit us periodically throughout your treatment period so we can keep an eye on your progress, prescribe refinements as needed, and help you navigate any issues that come up.
